This 105 page, paperback book, is crammed full of how to throw from the basics and upwards. It also deals in interesting detail about various throwing implements from all over the world including the knife, ax, shuriken and 9 others. If you want to learn about exotic weapons and how to throw them then this is definitely the book for you. Recommended reading.
